Message from Sensei

Are you interested in taking Karate but feel no time, thinking too old, or in bad shape? Are you embarrassed you won't able to perform correctly?

It is true that there are many insecurities to overcome and numerous obstacles to consider before taking on Karate lessons, but actually you can start taking lessons any time in your life regardless of your age or physical condition. Training together with others can achieve good motivation and this enthusiasm develops good results. Whereas trying to exercise by yourself can lead to loss of interest, training in a large group can give you a hand or good advice which are good motivational factors for training. This is especially true at the early stage of training where it may be hard to stick to a goal. Everyone starts from the same starting point, so there is no judgment among the students.

What is important is the desire to do your best. Your success begins with your willingness to try with right attitude. There are quite a few middle-aged adults in our classes doing extremely well with good purposes and motivations. Consistency is a key to success.

Dojo (the training hall) is a place for people who overcome their weakness and discover themselves to become more confident and successful in every aspects of their lives.
